My "The Soft Landing" order

I recently placed an order at The Soft Landing. I have been wanting to write about it because I really like sites that offer safe products for our families. Sometimes it's really time consuming and frustrating to search stores, and even the web, for safe BPA and PVC free products. Then you get them home and they aren't really what you had in mind. The Soft Landing offers a resource for safe products with reviews. If you follow Alicia on Twitter @thesoftlanding you can watch for her recent updates and reviews on products (she also has contests on Tuesdays!).

Here's my order:

Sassy Count n' Spell @ $6.40

Just a fun bath toy! Boo loves her letters and numbers and I love these! She is always chewing on them too so it helps me to feel better knowing they are okay for her to put in her mouth.

Frostware 10" plate set (6) @ $10.00
Frostware 24oz bowl set (6) $11.00

I bought these because Boo needed some plates and bowls that were a bit bigger and wouldn't break. For a 2 1/2 year old these are kind of big - they work out okay and get the job done but I think she will use them more in a couple years. We have some friends over the other night and I served the kids using these dishes. It can nice knowing they were eating off safe plastic products. The large size made the children's table kind of crowded though.

Nuby 7oz Tumbler Sippy set (3) @ $4.50

Better priced than the Tupperware comparable and I liked the cups better. This is not a spill proof cup - I am not a fan of sippy cups so this is a great alternative. It keeps the liquid in while allows the child to control the flow when they tip the cup. I choose the "girl" style and was hoping for some fun colors but only receive purple so I'm not sure if that's standard or not. Still a great cup at a great price.

Nuby Bug-a-Loop Teether

Pumpkin likes this but doesn't love it. I found it later at a local B r'Us and was disappointed I paid shipping on it. Not one of my favorites but if Pumpkin loved it I would probably feel differently.

Next on my list of "must have's".... the Sip-A-Pop Frozen Popsicle Trays - Genius!! I love making my own popsicle out of healthy juices and these are great for preventing those juicy drips. Also LOVE the Guyot Silicone Squishy Bowls.
