Diaper rash update

Thanks to those that emailed or commented with suggestions. I ended up doing the dreaded weekend call to our pedi. He was quick to suggest meeting at the office and sure enough Boo had a bacterial infection, possible staph (not the serious strain thankfully). So that explains why nothing was working and it kept getting worse. We have started a oral and topical antibiotics. I feel so much better just knowing what was going on and how to treat it.
