As I was leaving the house today I put my baby's socks BACK on her feet at least 5 times. And this was in a period of 15 minutes. 15 minutes!!!! Those @$)@#()@ socks will not stay on. So! My next venture will be to discover some socks that will actually stay on her feet if that even exists. Do you have any recommendations?

The only way I could get their socks to stay on was to put the soft, leather shoes over them.
Have you tried Babylegs?? Tights??
My son's socks always came off and so I had him wearing robeez from early on because they did in fact help keep his socks on.
now that I have a daughter and have been introduced to them via some friends, i have foudn that Baby Legs really are great. I live in central Texas, so her feet are almost never cold (I lived in NC when my son was a baby and it was much cooler there). Anyway, if her feet do get chilly, I can just pull the Baby Legs down over her feet a bit and it warms them right up. I have also liked using Baby Legs because I love to be able to see my Fuzzy Bunz and Bum Genius diapers. I hate covering them up since they are so bright and colorful. Baby Legs let me show off the diaper and warm up her legs and/or feet (and they help with the carpet burn she has been getting as she drags her one knee around while crawling).
Thanks for all the suggestions. I got some baby legs today and not only are they CUTE!! and they are very useful. Great tip.
